Access
Access information - click here for detailed access information
We aim to update this website regularly to give as much access information as possible about the festival.
Registration forms for individuals are now available from the registration page of this website. There is room for you to state your access requirements on your form. We will do our best to provide what you may need in order to participate fully in the festival.
If you have an urgent enquiry about access, contact us via this email address: [email protected] - please include the word ACCESS in the subject line.
We have a very helpful shopmobility service where you can book mobility scooters, wheelchairs etc, but you may want to let the access officers (Gro-Mette and Karen) know you are booking (via the email address above) as we have been told that we may be able to extend normal loan times and negotiate loan rates if several people need equipment.
Best wishes,
Côr Gobaith Access Group

The main festival venue is Aberystwyth Arts Centre.
There is some basic access information on the Arts Centre's site: www.aberystwythartscentre.co.uk/disabled-access
There is also a Virtual Tour with computer-animation video "journeys" through some parts of the building:
www.aber.ac.uk/en/virtual-tour/arts-centre
Select the tour showing the "rear entrance" - this is the entrance that has level access from the car park.
There are 5 Blue Badge spaces within 100 yards of the rear entrance. The car park is another 100 yards further away from the rear entrance.
The "main entrance area" shown in another Virtual Tour is only reached via steps.
We will mainly be using the "Great Hall and Café" and there will be one workshop in the Cinema. Other workshop spaces are not shown in the Virtual Tour - details of those rooms will follow later.
Accommodation
There are also Virtual Tours available of the two University Halls of Residence that we are using for festival accommodation. The halls do not have full access for wheelchair users. We will give more details when we have done an access audit.

Some wheelchair-accessible accommodation can be found via the I Know Wales website:
